Intellectual Property Notice

All rights to the artwork remain the sole property of the artist, even after purchase. This applies to originals, commissions, prints, and all current and future reproductions of any kind.

Purchasing an artwork does not grant the customer the right to:

Mint the piece as an NFT
Print and distribute it in any form
Reproduce it for profit or otherwise

Any reproduction of the artwork without the artist’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Collectors are, however, welcome to share images of their purchased artwork on social media, as this does not breach this clause.

Liability

Once the artwork has been delivered to the customer, the studio is not liable for any damage caused by mishandling. The studio does not provide refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for goods damaged after delivery.

In line with consumer protection laws, compensation is available if products arrive damaged due to shipping carriers or if faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every artwork is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure pristine condition.

Please read all product descriptions thoroughly. The studio is not responsible for issues arising from customers overlooking the information provided before purchase.

Returns and Refunds

We take great care to represent each artwork accurately through detailed descriptions, photographs, and videos. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please contact us for additional photos or videos.

Please note:

All sales are final, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photo documentation of the damage. We will then arrange a return.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
As per Serbian consumer protection laws, shipping fees for any authorized return are the responsibility of the customer.

We deeply value our collectors and will always do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping Policy

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.

The studio is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Duties and taxes

The studio operates from Serbia and is not responsible for any import fees on purchased products.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the checkout total. Customs agencies may notify recipients directly (by mail, phone, or email) to arrange payment of these charges before delivery can continue.

The customer is solely responsible for paying all such fees. If these charges are refused, the delivery will be returned to the studio. Provided the artwork is returned in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost).
